Dynamic Communities, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org

  • Students are prohibited from recording any portion of Academy courses and from using any screen capture tool
  • To maintain an optimal training environment, each student attending class is required to register separately. If more than one attendee per registration participates their organization will be billed for all additional attendees.
  • CPE certificates are provided at the end of class
  • Students participating in a D365UG/CRMUG 30-day trial membership are not eligible for the Member discount on Academy courses

Refunds
If requested a minimum of 7 days prior to a class start date, refund will be provided. A credit for an equally priced class will be provided for requests less than 7 days prior but at least 48 hours prior to a class start date. If a credit is issued the recipient is responsible for identifying the class for which to use the credit.
